The story revolves around a university transfer student, Lynn, and his adventures with residents of the notorious, "Loonie House", on Orange Street. Living with the residents, Lynn soon finds that they are all similar in some way and eventually learns to live with them from day to day. However, although extremely kind, there seems to be something strange about the amiable benefactor of the house, who without hesitation, accepts all these misguided youths into his home.
