Uruda is a city in decline, and overall a very bad place to live. Unless you’re some sort of rogue, thief, outlaw, or otherwise good for nothing scoundrel. Kajulan likes to use all these words to describe herself. Makes her feel independent. Thankfully for her, you don’t have to be particularly good at crime to make a career out of it in Uruda. That’s why so many people do it.
