Synopsis:
The city of HighWinds claims to give you a new life. "Let us carry your wings". Konri Garnet didn't really care for strange "slogan" but begins to enjoy the city life after he meets the most colorful people. As the school year goes on by, Konri will learn more about himself and those he soon befriends.
