In an alternate 1990's, the Earth underwent an event in which a ring of light passed through the Earth, giving half of the population psychological abilities that went way beyond normal human limitation. Now, in the year 1998, citizens of San Francisco are being terrorized by a cyber terrorist known as "Cupid". As a plan to detain Cupid, the the Secret Service obtains 6 teenage super humans, with abilities that go even beyond mutant limitations, in hopes that they will be able to stop Cupid from breaking all out war into the United States.
