Neotitans are America's most secret line of defense, a group of super-soldiers capable of switching between human forms and superpowerful neotitan forms. Heavily trained from birth, neotitans exist to defend freedom, justice, and the American way... or at least that's what they were told. When two young Neotitans discover a giant girl being held under their training facility they soon come to realize that the purpose of Neotitans - and for that matter what a Neotitan even is - is not quite as simple as they had been led to believe.
