Morochey, the practitioners of The Crystal Arts, are viewed in these times with a wary eye, and are either celebrity competitors in the tournaments, or considered dangerous outcasts. All the while, the government agency Sky Watch keeps close tabs on the Morochey and their valuable crystals, and does everything in its power to keep control of them.
