The Roman Empire lives.
A religious movement unifies the Roman people, the dark ages existed only for our enemies. We now strive to conquer more than earth and soil, the moon is under our sovereignty along with Titan and Mars. We are currently within a cold war against the eastern Empire. They manipulate the remnants of the soldiers who fought against us in the last Holy Crusades. We know them only as the Exiles, having no where else to go since burning their lands and homes. They lay on the outskirts of our great walls and cities awaiting the mercy of death.
