Inspired by the song by Of Monsters and Men, “King and Lionheart” is a webcomic project I embarked four years ago depicting the story of two best friends who come from two extremely different worlds. Reyez- a crowned prince- who is destined to lead his Kingdom; and Noel, a citizen from the lowest class, who has a deep seeded desire to seek vengeance against the royal family. After becoming the unlikliest of friends, their friendship is put to the test when their worlds eventually collide and loyalties are tested. The choices they make will ultimately decide the fate of the Kingdom and world itself.
