Toma gets sucked into a world of cartoons made by the long-gone creator of Acres Toons. Antagonistic to humans, toons are immediately ready for a fight with all sorts of toony abilities. Given powers by a VHS tape labeled Inkbolt, Toma finds he's able to transform into an inky wolf able to fight back against this world of toons.
