Fancomic sequel to the 2000 animated Christmas special, Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer (which in turn was based off the song by Elmo and Patsy Trigg Shropshire).
Life continued for the Spankenheimers after the hit and run incident with Santa. However the family is thrown into a new situation when Grandma (named Eve in this version) is bitten by a vampire while doing her charity rounds. Turns out even the elderly aren't immune to vampirism and the Spankenheimers soon find themselves with a sweet old granny...whose now among the walking undead with a newfound taste for blood.
