Anthony Quantas, a 15-year-old teen from Australia moves to Florida to live with his older sister, who is a bio-engeneer for animal experimence in advanced medicine. After showing Anthony her test subject, a blue-ringed octopus, she tells him not to go in her lab. But after his first day of school Anthony and his two new friends find the octopus escaping from it's tank, it jumps and bites on Anthony paralizing him for days. After a few days Anthony is mutated with the DNA of the bio-engeneered octopus and gains amazing powers. Unable to reverse what happened, Anthony becomes a superhero, the Blue-Ringed Octopus.
