Hobart, Ohio is a slow-burn slice-of-life webcomic about a small river town where the ordinary and the absurd coexist.
The story follows Dale Bob Jr., Stevie the raccoon, and a rotating cast of locals who keep the village barely functional through stubborn pride, bad decisions, civic meetings, and half-finished projects. It’s grounded, funny, and occasionally unsettling.about small towns that refuse to die, even when they probably should.
